Victoria graduated from California College San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She has over 20 years of experience in Construction Accounting and has worked with Khovnanian, Shea, William Lyon, Lennar, D.R. Horton and KB Homes to name a few.  Victoria spent 10 years with a property management firm as a senior accountant and managed a team that was responsible for producing monthly financial statement packages for over 80 homeowner associations and business parks.  Her knowledge with OCIP, subcontract agreements, lien laws and loan disbursements along with her organization and attention to detail is bringing a new level of accounting skills to TA Partners.
